By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms with B Cafe Studio ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully.
1. Our services
We offer food and beverages, printing, photo printing and related services through our outlets, with home delivery or counter service. Availability of items differs by outlet and may change without notice.
2. Orders
- Your order is confirmed when it appears in your order tracking. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or the details are incomplete; in that case any amount paid will be refunded.
- Please enter a correct name, mobile number, delivery address and PIN code. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by wrong details.
- For printing orders you are responsible for the files you upload and for having the right to print them. We do not print unlawful or infringing content.
3. Prices and charges
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A delivery charge may apply, and may be waived above a minimum order amount; the exact charge is shown in your cart before you order. Prices, offers and coupons may change at any time; the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
4. Payments
You can pay by Cash on Delivery or online (UPI, cards, net banking) through Razorpay. For online payments, your order is treated as paid only after the payment gateway confirms it. If money is debited but the order does not show as paid, contact us with your order number and we will resolve it.
5. Delivery
Delivery times shown are estimates and depend on preparation, traffic and weather. We deliver only to PIN codes served by our outlets. Please be reachable on your mobile number at delivery.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Offers, coupons and loyalty points
Offers and coupons have their own conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash. Loyalty points have no cash value and can be changed or withdrawn for misuse.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Please inform us of any food allergies before ordering.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the location of our registered business.
