This Privacy Policy explains how B Cafe Studio ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and ordering services (food, printing and photo services).
1. Information we collect
- Name, mobile number and delivery address that you enter when placing an order.
- PIN code and, if you choose to share it, your device location, used only to route your order to the nearest outlet and help our delivery partner reach you.
- Order details (items, quantities, amounts, order status) and any files you upload for printing.
- If you create an account: your email address and loyalty points history.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, needed to run the website.
2. How we use your information
- To accept, prepare, deliver and track your order, and to contact you about it.
- To generate bills and invoices and to maintain our accounting records as required by law.
- To process refunds, apply offers, coupons and loyalty points.
- To improve our service and prevent fraud or misuse.
3. Online payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a payment gateway regulated in India. Your card, UPI or net-banking details are entered on Razorpay's secure page and are never stored on our website or servers. We receive only the payment status and reference number.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: the outlet and delivery staff fulfilling your order; our payment gateway (Razorpay); our technology providers who host the website and database (Supabase, Netlify) strictly to operate the service; and authorities where required by law.
5. Data security and retention
Data is stored on secured cloud servers with access controls. We keep order and billing records for as long as needed for service, accounting and legal compliance.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your account information by contacting us (see the Contact Us page). Records we must keep by law may be retained.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
